  • Incorrect Product: If we have sent the wrong product than what was ordered, we will accept the return within 7 days.
  • Unopened & Unused Products: Products that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging are eligible for return within 15 days of receipt.
  • Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs for items returned due to customer preference (e.g., size/color issues, no longer needed) are the responsibility of the customer. However, if the return is due to a defective or incorrect product, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Non-Eligible Returns:

  • Products that are damaged due to misuse or mishandling.
  • Products that have been used, worn, or altered.
  • Perishable goods or items that are not returnable for hygiene or safety reasons.
  • Customized or personalized items, unless defective or incorrect.

  4. Return Shipment: Pack the product securely in its original packaging and send it to the provided address.

Inspection and Approval:

Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it to confirm its condition. If the product meets our return conditions, we will proceed with the refund or exchange.


2. Refund Policy

We offer refunds on eligible returns under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Refund:

  • Refunds will be processed once the returned product has been inspected and approved for return.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method. If the payment was made by credit card, the refund will be credited back to the same card.
